- What did you like most?My stay at this hotel in Rio de Janeiro was a very pleasant and truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I could notice the team’s dedication to providing a warm and efficient welcome. The check-in process was quick, clear, and well-organized, giving me a sense of comfort and peace right from the start. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. Every team member I interacted with showed kindness and a genuine willingness to help, always attentive to the guests’ needs. These gestures make a real difference and contribute to the feeling of being well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The room, in addition to being clean and well-organized, was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and properly climatized, which ensured good rest. The bed was comfortable, the daily housekeeping well done, and the small details reflected the hotel’s care in offering not just a functional space, but also a welcoming one. Another important aspect was the quality of the services provided in the common areas. Shared spaces were always clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This attention to the care of common areas enhances the experience beyond the room, contributing to an overall sense of well-being. Altogether, it was a very positive stay. Not only because of the structure and services, but mainly because of the way the hotel values hospitality and quality service.
