It was frustrating
- What did you like most?Breakfast is too expensive, almost same menu everyday which gets boring.
- Was there anything you didn't like?While I appreciated the overall hospitality, there were two major concerns that impacted my stay. First, the room felt extremely compact—almost claustrophobic at times—which made it difficult to relax. Second, I was staying in Room 1066, and the neighboring room (1064) had a constant, loud noise coming from their bathroom usage—particularly water flowing from the tap or shower. The noise was so disruptive that I had trouble sleeping for most nights. On the final night, I had to come down to the lobby at 2:30 AM to lodge a complaint. While the noise did reduce slightly for a couple of hours afterward, I’m unsure if it was due to intervention or chance. It’s possible that the plumbing or building design is amplifying water usage sounds from adjacent rooms, and I hope this can be looked into.
The pool was nice with towels supplied.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The room itself wasn’t very clean and smelled very damp. It was fine for our requirements but needs renovating.
