- What did you like most?The attractions were walking distance. Beautiful change of scenery.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was told check in was at 3 p.m. I got there around 4:50 p.m. My room was still not available. The staff checking me in didn't have an idea when my room was going to be ready. Did not try to check to see if there was another room available, even if it meant downsizing. Mind you I had the king bed with lake view. I waited 20 minutes before heading back to the front desk and asking if there was anything possible to get me in a different room. This time it was a different staff that attended me. He resolved my issue without trouble. I was really hoping for a night at a gorgeous hotel, but instead I got treated with poor hospitality.
