Very dissapointing.
- What did you like most?Some of the staff were friendly and trying their best.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room was dirty and tired. The sheets didn't fit the bed. The bathroom was dirty (hair on toilet bowl). The toilet was actually blocked and backing up. When it was finally unblocked by somebody, they left it filthy with excrement all over the bowl. This was never fixed. The TV was broken when I got there (although a very nice and friendly staff member fixed it). There were no cups for the coffee machine, and when I told the desk, they told me I could get them myself at the coffee stand in the lobby. Overall, this was very disappointing and not consistent with prior experiences at Hilton Garden Inns.
