Bad shuttle service , don't...

- Was there anything you didn't like?Very bad experience while staying in with the front desk , I ordered the shuttle bus from the airport and waited for 1 hour for picking up. And it happened again while going back to the airport and had a very bad experience with the front desk.don't rely on them for the shuttle , sandman hotel did over 3 rounds while I was waiting , and every time I called the front desk they said in 6 minutes which was a lie
