Berlin Winter - moody, gritty,...
- What did you like most?Obviously, it is a Ritz, we were not disappointed. The location of the property was fantastic, easy to get to the Central Station or the Airport. Excellent restaurants near and around the property within walking distance. The room was fantastic. The facilities and amenities good and met the expectations. Breakfast good but we found it limited due to our dietary preference. You are sure to run into celebrities here.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Once again, we found our room to be too cold for our liking. In spite of informing the team, they could not do anything above 25 degrees C. We found the manager at the breakfast counter to be overbearing and preachy.

- What did you like most?I’ve stayed here several times and am always extremely satisfied, without question the best hotel in Berlin. Everything is consistently of a very high standard, but what really stands out is the absolutely outstanding staff. The only thing that could be improved is a bit more equipment in the gym (but that’s a minor detail). I truly hope to return again soon!
