Everything was good except for the parking garage
- What did you like most?Everything was good but we had a lot of trouble with the parking garage, we had problems getting out, and also the spots were very small. We went to the front desk and told them the situation and the worker re set our card but we still had problems getting out

- What did you like most?My mom and I traveled to Ottawa for leisure and had a great time. The location of the DoubleTree was perfect. It was right in downtown. The staff was super helpful and told us exactly how to figure out parking, which was super easy and convenient. The location was great, it was an easy and quick walk to multiple popular sites. We had a great stay!
