- What did you like most?The location is perfect, right in the city center next to La Rambla, with many shops around. The staff was very kind, and the jelly candies at the reception for guests were a nice touch! The room was very clean, cleaned every day with fresh towels. It always smelled lovely after housekeeping. We also had a room with a terrace, which was a great option, especially in nice weather.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was hot and the air conditioning (advertised on booking.com) had been deliberately switched off. The staff refused to turn it on. The shower was very poor quality and the room phone did not work
