- What did you like most?Hospitality seemed important to staff which is awesome. Polite professional friendly staff. Great breakfast. Meats, cheeses, vegetarian options, juices, smoothies, eggs, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, coffee, tea. If you like, you can order omelette too without any additional cost. Great location. Bloomsbury square car park 3 minutes walk, but gets expensive. Close to train stations. Comfortable cozy room. Comfortable beds. Adequate storage to clear up clutter or congestion in the room due to luggage. Coffee maker and teas and coffee provided. Of course tv.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Congested room even though family room but then just as I mentioned storage options like drawers, cupboards were adequate to clear up that congestion. Bathroom was small and not enough ventilation for winters. It was extremely cold and only ventilation possible was opening the window which is definitely not good for bathrooms as to bathe or otherwise it should be warm in bathrooms. I’m sure window option would be great for summers but not sure if that would bring bugs in.
We plan on coming back next year in the spring!
