    • Was there anything you didn't like?
Some of the staff were very rude and seemed frustrated and unhappy. The tip culture in the US has gotten out of hand, and a tip is now expected for over-the-counter transactions that don't require any service other than the employee doing the job they are paid to do. The response is disgusting if no tip is given for said transactions. I can understand tipping servers, bartenders, bellhops, cleaning, etc, but if I am buying something at the register, demanding a tip and reacting angrily if none is given is wild. Not to mention the girl Rosanne serving drinks to the blackjack and three card poker tables. She got a two-dollar tip for bringing a beer and refused to bring another beer and loudly stated that "she doesn't do ones". How ridiculous is that?? We made a complaint to the front desk who was equally appalled and offered us a $50 voucher to compensate. Not sure if it was applied to our room but that's beside the point as it wasn't about that and more about the embarrassing experience we had to endure. We stayed at Aria almost 10 years ago and it was fantastic so decided to return, however the energy of your staff this time around has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth and I will probably not return. Who knows I may probably encounter the same behavior elsewhere as this tipping epidemic seems to be a nationwide thing.
