Great hotel overall with a...
- What did you like most?It’s the Bellagio, what should I say. Excellent location, much to offer. The fountains are an awesome attraction. Great food also, I had one of my best steaks in the restaurant „Lago“, which was not even the proper steak restaurant. The room was big, facing the strip and fountains. Valet parking was excellent too.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Reception staff needs proper customer service training, at a hotel like Bellagio I would expect a warm welcome, some details at least, even when wearing a tshirt and shorts. I asked for breakfast and the lady only replied „it is not included“, well guess what? The barkeeper asked for my ID when I wanted to charge my room for dinner, he did not ask other guests around me though. Should I bring my Submariner next time, wear a suit and park my A6 in the lobby or what? ;)
