- Was there anything you didn't like?Receptionist took 1 hour to check in 5 guests that pissed me off, i went before check in time but still we waited in line once the check in time started, she should have checked us in before and allowed to access the room once it's time we went 30 mins before check in time !
Thanks to the manager it worked out
