- Was there anything you didn't like?On arrival to the hotel, we had been informed that booking.com had been hacked according to the hotel and that we did not have a reservation. After a 3 hour flight and 9 hours of travelling at this point, this was the last thing we could have ever asked for. After contacting booking and my bank to cancel my bank cards due to said “hack”, they have both informed me the hotel was just trying to pull a fast one. The hotel then charged us 200€ for one night however we had 2 nights booked and nowhere to sleep the following night. 400€ later on new hotels and taxi fares safe to say it was a complete disaster. The hotel also did not give us the room we had originally booked and instead a budget option for the 200€. Staff were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.
