- What did you like most?I didn’t catch her name , but my original housekeeper was so sweet and kind. Would stop you in the hallway to say good morning , ask how you were and would go above and beyond to make sure my room was always clean , fresh towels etc
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately there was construction being done on the roof that no one was informed of when checking in. Was woken at 8am (26th floor) to extremely loud drilling, hammering , to the point it was rattling the walls. They did move me to another floor and sadly that room had a very musty/moldy sent. Outdated , dark and small window. Was hard to relax, sleep between the construction noise and the noise of slamming doors, hearing everyone else’s hotel phone ring across the hall, anyone who would chat in the hallway may as well have just been in my room. Those walls/ doors need some sound proofing! The business center was a small room with two desks and two conputers. The desks were COVERED in dust , dirt and that lovey moldy smell.
