Disappointing
- Was there anything you didn't like?Felt unsafe! Property is unattached from the check-in area, motel atmosphere - definitely is not a “hotel” or a “resort”… People loitering all around the parking lot at night when we checked in, The room keys did not work after our first attempt, then security personnel couldn’t get a new set of keys to work , so he had to push the door open… The room had water damage on the floors, and was not as pictured on the app… booking.com did NOT remedy our problem, they just apologized… We Ended up staying at another property
