Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The Ekinox bar is part of the all-inclusive plan and is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and has a drink service and music. Only those over 18 years of age are allowed to enter. Restaurant opening hours: - Restaurant "El Pescador" (19:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Restaurant "Frida" (18:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Restaurant "Andiamo" (18:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Coco Bar (18:00 - 23:00 hrs) - Lobby Bar (18:00 - 24 hrs) When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free space. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. - What did you like most?The location!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Where do I start? 3 hour wait before my room was ready. None of the staff washes their hands while serving food or drinks. The sever at the bar in the lobby fixed my drink in a used cup that had lipstick on it. The staff entered into my room two times while me and my husband was inside and we did not give them the okay to come in. Inside one of the restaurant the staff member fixed burgers without gloves on. He touched the cheese and bread with his bare hands and he was sweating. The bathroom smelled like urine and was not clean at all. There was hair on the bed and nightstand The curtains in the shower and room had mold on them. This resort needs to be closed.
