Terrible! I didnt event stay!

- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. There is no parking available; guests are directed to a nearby shopping mall for paid parking. I had a 17-day booking, which meant paying daily, and the walk to the car is about 300 meters, including at night—which felt unsafe as a woman. When I raised this issue and asked to cancel before check-in due to safety concerns, I received no support. I left immediately and booked a well-known hotel instead. Despite this, both the hotel and the booking platform falsely claimed I stayed for 10 days. I understand the booking was non-refundable, but these critical details should have been clearly disclosed. The full amount was taken with no refund. The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is dishonest and unprofessional. If something goes wrong, you will be left on your own.
