- What did you like most?The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they really tried to resolve everything immediately, within just a few minutes
- Was there anything you didn't like?When we checked in, they asked for an additional €450 deposit, which has never happened to me before, even though this isn’t my first time staying in a hotel like this. They said we could check in earlier if we took a higher-category room, but we told them we would wait the one hour and suddenly the very room type we originally booked also became available. In our first room, the air conditioning didn’t work, and although the AC worked in the new room, the curtain didn’t. The decoration on our lamp was partly torn off, and the lamp itself kept flickering but at that point we didn’t even bother mentioning it anymore.
